The Eiffel building is a national monument located in the Boschstraat (1996). The 3 factory buildings were established between 1928 & 1941 for Royal Sphinx sanitary. Currenlty, it houses The Student Hotel. The Sphinx Passage is a beautiful corridor between the Eiffel building and the Pathé Cinema. Several printed tiles illustrate the history of pottery production at Sphinx. The Lumière Cinema is located in the former Ketelhuis (1910), which functioned as a power plant for industry at the Sphinx industrial area.
