Ouzoud Waterfalls are located near the Moyen Atlas village of Tanaghmeilt, 150km north of Marrakech. It is the highest waterfall (about 104m) in north Africa reaching. Ouzoud means 'the act of grinding grain' in Berber. This seems to be confirmed by the frequent mills in the region. You can access the bottom of the falls through a shaded path of olive trees.
